1) What is an ebook?
An ebook is an “electronic book” which you download to your computer

2) How do I download the ebook?
Once you have paid by Paypal you will automatically be sent a download link by email. To download the ebook click on the link. It will ask if you want to open or save the file. Click SAVE and save it to your MY DOCUMENTS folder. It should take 5-10 minutes to download depending on your broadband connection. Once downloaded right click the folder and click EXTRACT ALL and choose a folder to save the book to. Always open the ebook from this new folder by double clicking the PDF document. This will enable you to view the powerpoint slideshows directly from the ebook. There are 4 powerpoint slideshows in the ebook. (You will be prompted to click on a picture to open them up) You may get a message asking do you trust the source, click yes and they will open up automatically.

3) I paid for the ebook but didn’t receive the link?
I am not sure why you haven't received the download link as it is sent automatically the minute you pay by Paypal. It could have been sent to your junk mail folder if you have an aggressive filter or maybe the email address you have registered with Paypal is different to your personal email. Anyway not to worry the link is probably in cyberspace somewhere! Just send me an email at lee@shortcuttolongboarding.com and I will forward you a fresh download link

4)Can I buy a printed version?
At the moment my book is only available as an ebook download, however I am looking into getting the book published in the future.

5) I don’t have a Paypal account?
No Problem it’s easy to join and only takes a few seconds. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.
